Gaëlle Deharo

Doctorate in private law, Gaëlle Deharo obtained the French authorization to supervise research. She’s research Professor in th ESCE International Business School since 2010. She’s in charge of law track and teach contract law, labor law and commercial law.

Her research focus on interactionism between law and sciences. After having studied the impact of scientific knowledge on judicial activity, she focused on the impact of externalities on the manner of judging. Many articles and communications have been written on this topic, especially focused on law and management, harassment, and legal risk management. According those research, law is considered as a topic. It becomes possible to explore the issue of legal management : how do companies deal with legal tools to be more competitive ? How do they choose between trial and alternative dispute resolution ? what are the advantages of ADR in terms of economics ?
